SAO Office is a one-stop shop for those seeking merit/need based scholarships and assistance with how to do a scholarship search and applying for the awards for which they are eligible. We provide services to enrolled BMCC students including scholarship workshops and preparation for national award competitions.

Scholarships are gift funds that are often awarded to students with high academic achievement, special talents or financial need; they do not have to be repaid. BMCC students may be eligible for several types and sources of scholarships. These scholarships can supplement the funding or be an alternate source of funding for your education.  We have a number of scholarships available to students currently enrolled at BMCC who have attained a high degree of academic excellence.
